  • When will my clothes be ready?

    24 hours.

  • Is there a minimum?

    25 pounds. Orders below 25 pounds will be priced at the minimum ($39.75), including comforters.

  • Can I set recurring pickups and deliveries?

    Yes! When you are placing your order, you have the option do it.

  • Is there anything you don't clean?

    We don’t clean down coats or comforters. 

    We do not offer specialized clean of jackets, coats, hats or sneakers. Send those items if you are ok with them being washed.

  • How does pick up and delivery work?

    1. You place an order. 2. We pick up your laundry. 3 We clean it. 4. We deliver it.
